Merci pour leur travail, je recommande cette entreprise. Juste un point faible ils nous ont fait payé en plus pour un micro-onde. Pour moi, ça n’est pas un objet encombrant à signaler au déménagement. Peut être mieux vaut faire venir une personne sur place qui établira un devis que de faire un devis en ligne pour éviter ce genre de problème.

Superbes prestations avec une équipe très professionnelle. Zakarya et Sami sont vraiment disponibles, pros et à l’écoute.
Ils m’ont expliqués comment ils allaient déménager, l’heure exacte, montage, démontage, etc.

The cleaning was not done very well – I told them that some things were not cleaned very well and the feedback was that they are doing it for 5 years and all will be ok. In the end I had to clean by my self (window blinds and windowsills).

Le deuxième déménagement s’est un peu mieux déroulé.
On nous a même réclamé un cuter car non prévu dans le prix.
Dommage car j’ai énormément de relations et que certaines sont des magasins de meubles qui sont à la recherche d’entreprises de déménagement.

Déménagement fait avec Amza et Zacharie. Déménageur très sympa. Ils ont pris soin des meubles, bien emballé ce qu’il fallait, soigneusement. Je recommande. Dû à la neige, j’ai bien été prévenu le matin que le camion arriverait avec un très léger retard. Bonne communication de la réservation jusqu’à la fin de la réservation.

I have to say we booked the move very late and MOVEU were excellent communicating the options we could choose from and the rates available.

Extrêmement déçue et perplexe du comportement des déménageurs.
Ils devaient venir à 3 et n’étaient que 2 avec un camion plus petit que prévu.
Arrivés avec 1h de retard ils ont sorti environ le quart de nos cartons et 2 petits meubles dans les couloirs de l’immeuble et emballé nos matelas dans du plastique après environ 1h30 ils nous ont dit avoir un autre rendez-vous ailleurs et sont partis sans faire le déménagement! Leur comportement est intolérable.

Despite our flat having some difficult passages and being on the 4th floor with no lift, the team of direct déménagement never gave up. Initially the plan was to leave before midday but because of our difficult building this became 5 in the afternoon. Regardless, the team continued their efforts late into the evening and finished the move! Never to the detriment of the protection of the furniture, nor the apartment. Always professional and friendly. Recommended!

Very professional, quick and careful! Just make sure that you declare all the furniture in your demande so that they know to reserve a big enough car. All furniture packed, carried and unpacked very well, will use Direkt again!

Do not hire this company. Everything went wrong for us with them.

To start with, they did not contact us to tell us the time at which they would come. They did not provide any telephone number or email. The company itself is very fishy.

The day of the move, two people came, none of which spoke understandably any language other than arabic, hence communication with them was a challenge. We had hired the disassembling and assembling for the furniture but they only disassembled two or three things, the rest was uncarefully packed and pushed through all door frames. They were not careful at all, as they hit many walls with many pieces of furniture, and they did not really have the proper equipment to protect the apartment walls or floors.

Once in the new apartment, they left all our belongings scattered in the front yard. We provided a parking spot at the new building, but the vehicle they brought was way larger than required and did not fit, so they insisted that we had to provide another parking spot or pay 300 CHF extra, on top of the 1.290 CHF we had agreed to pay for the move.

After assembling the furniture, we found that the sofa was not properly assembled, since one of the sides was tilted, plus one of the screws was broken. I still don’t know if we will be able to use the sofa normally again. In addition, in the new apartment once more they did not use any protection for the parquet, and as a result the parquet was scratched.

Before leaving, they gave us a form that we had to sign, which was already pre-marked with answers like “no problem detected” or “everything works fine”. We did not want to sign it as we had already noticed some damages on some pieces of furniture, the sofa or the parquet, and instead we started listing these issues in the form. At that point I wanted to take a picture of the form, since they were to keep it, and one of the workers lunged towards me and tried to take the form away from me. I was scared but managed to keep the paper with me and went away. At that point, I completed the (wrinkled) form explaining what had happened and took a picture of it. Once they got the form, they lingered for a while talking to their boss on the phone and finally disappeared without saying a word.

Finally, we just got word that they don’t take responsibility for anything that happened and so basically we have two options: either we pay for all extra costs, fix or replace the damaged/unusable furniture and repair the parquet ourselves or we go to court against them, which entails much higher costs and also requires “proof” that they damaged what we claim they did (and of course we don’t have random pictures of our table, desk or sofa, a few days prior to the move, so it’s their word against ours).

Anyway, my advice is that you don’t trust this company, they work poorly, they can’t communicate with you and they will not take responsibility for any damages they cause.

Un travail efficace et satisfaisant dans l’ensemble. Sauf le soin aux murs et sols lors du déplacement de gros meubles: les sols ont été marqués et les peintures abîmées. Certains de nos meubles ont été remontés à l’envers.

Die Umzugsequippe war super. Die Reinigung teilweise mangelhaft. Der Backofen musste 2x nach geputzt werden. In den Küchenschränken lagen noch Brotkrümel und im Geschirrspühler noch Haare.

Our move from Bern to Frankfurt happened with no major problems. Communication was sometimes a bit difficult due to language (they were mostly speaking french, but we got by with German). I was hoping for a bit more support with the customs paperwork, but we managed to get through in the end. They were super efficient packing the truck, but then only 2 guys came to Frankfurt, which made it a bit slower here. For some reason the guys packed some items that were sitting near our cellar, but not in our cellar. These items (mattress, chairs, backpacks) belonged to our neigbors, but in the end the company decided to dispose these items (why??, these should’ve gone back to our neighbors).

The cleaning worked great our landlord was happy with the result.

Overally the value was good, and everything worked as planned.

Le propriétaire a eu beaucoup de choses à dire : deux velux encore sales, appuie-tête de la baignoire pas fait, ni les joints en silicone sous les robinets. Les moustiquaires n’ont pas été faites, ni la plaque en verre au-dessus de la cuisinière . Le pommeau de douche et le tuyau n’ont pas été décalcairés. Et les sols étaient encore sales. Comment allez-vous réagir ?

Disappointed by how the move was planned:
– We agreed to have a French speaking team, but got instead a German speaking one
– The move included a 200km 3 hours drive, and yet was planned to be completed in a single day. They (almost) finished after 10 pm.
– Because of the very long hours, part of the forniture wasn’t well assembled.

On the contrary, the moving team worked extremely hard and had to cope with the poor planning from the company. Not super careful with the furniture: okay for cheap (IKEA like) furniture, I wouldn’t recommend for more serious stuff.

Cependant, ils sont venu à 3 et une camionnette pour une famille de 4 dans un appartement 5.5 de + 120m2…. la journée à été longue 8h30-19h30.
La prestation était déménagement, démontage et montage.

J’ai déménagé du canton de SG dans le canton de VD. Tout s’ est bien passé; les déménageurs ont été efficaces et professionnels.

La communication n’a pas toujours été aisée. Entre mail avec Direkt Déménagement, téléphones, puis mail avec Movu, entre devis, changements, confirmations et factures, ce n’était pas toujours très clair.
Je n’ai pas toujours compris facilement de quoi il s’agissait et ce que je devais faire. Et parfois j’en ai reçu avec deux dates…
Ma demande de changer le nom de ma soeur et de mettre le mien n’a par exemple pas suivi.

Mais finalement le travail a été fait et bien fait!

There was lots of miscommunication between the pre-move survey, MOVU, and the crew who actually showed up to do the job. None of them spoke the same language or had the same move-in date. The actual work by the crew was done well, efficiently and we were pleased with their service. But since we had selected a moving date one day before they showed up there was a lot of unnecessary stress caused by the multiple middlemen of movu and a pre move inspection.

Die Arbeit war nicht überzeugend 30 min zu spät zwei Leute und ein lkw zu wenig und sehr genervte Arbeiter !

Der Arbeiter der nach geschickt wurden ist von ihnen mussten wir mit unserem privaten pkw hin und her fahren weil ihre Mitarbeiter keinen Platz mehr im lkw hatten !

Wir mussten uns zusätzlich ein Transporter mieten um den Umzug irgendwie vollenden zu können Tages Miete 120,- !

Dann haben ihre Arbeiter einige Möbel zerstört und viele Kisten sind zu Bruch gegangen was wir alles dokumentiert haben !

Wir haben am Tag des Umzuges sehr viel Stress und Unkosten gehabt obwohl meine Frau im 9 Monat schwanger ist und wir eine Zusage bekommen haben von ihnen das wir zu 100% keine Umstände mit Umzug und Reinigung haben das Gegenteil ist eingetreten !

Die Situation haben wir nun an unseren Anwalt bzw. unsere Versicherung weiter gegeben da sie telefonisch nicht zu erreichen sind und auf meine sms am zügeltag bis heute nicht geantwortet haben !

I can only recommend this company for your move, especially Ali’s team! We trusted them for our move from Lausanne to the Zurich area and for the cleaning of our appartment in Lausanne. Everything went very smoothly, they were on time, professional, very friendly and easy to deal with. Our furniture arrived in perfect condition and the cleaning enabled us to recover our full caution. We are very satisfied with their service!

Top Preis-Leistung. Effizient und machen ihren Job gut. Allfällige vorherige Mängel an grösseren Möbel wurden im Voraus kommuniziert. Auch bei kurzfristigen Umstellungen waren sie sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend.

The team arrived a bit earlier (half an hour) but I had everything ready. I appreciate that they came earlier to start and finish earlier as well. Die Firma hat meinen Umzug zwischen Süddeutschland und Bern durchgeführt. Alles war super und lief vollkommen reibungslos. Freundlich und professionell, sie waren vor Ort sogar etwas früher als angekündigt.

The movers arrived slightly too early (but we were ready for them), were very professional, careful and kind. They handled everything with care. Whenever something (even the elevator) was already damaged, they pointed it out to us to make sure we were aware. The “chef” explained everything they were doing, every step of the way. We can highly recommend them.
