Not happy with this company. First of all, they came and locked themselves in during cleaning so there was no way to come and check progess while they were cleaning. When they finished they met me outside the building by their car and made me sign the finished papers without giving me a chance to go upstairs to check the work. Then, they showed me pictures of a bathroom area which they claimed was uncleanable supposedly because the calcium deposits had bled into the pavement, that they had supposedly spent an hour scrubbing but couldn’t get off. After they left I went inside and cleaned it off easily in less than 20 minutes using a basic Essigreiniger (vinegar). I also had to re-clean areas of the kitchen because they left calcium deposits on the metal sink (again, a basic vinegar cleaner worked without much effort). During the handover, they didn’t show up as promised in spite of their much touted handover guarantee. What’s more, the landlord claimed there were grease deposits above the burners. Again, I cleaned them myself during the handover on the spot.

The worst part is they damaged the parquet. They clearly used a sharp scraper to scrape off something and left multiple prominent scratches. They also did “something” to the floors that turned parts of it (the wood) completely black. When I sent pictures of it to them with the landlord present during handover they claimed they didn’t cause the damage and that it was perfect when they left it which was not true.

Would not recommend this company.

Nettoyage correct à bien, un deux oublie mais c’est passer. Les ouvriers vraiment pas très polie.

Excellente expérience. L’appartement était dans un état impeccable après le passage de Perfect Nettoyage. Ils étaient très gentils et patients et ont fini en avance sur l’horaire. Très bon rapport QP par rapport aux autre offres reçues. Même le jour de l’état des lieux de sortie ils ont bricolé un néon à ma demande.

Parfait, je recommande cette entreprise.

Nettoyage ok, en particulier pour les parties difficiles comme les stores ou le four. Pourraient améliorer la finition par un dernier passage d’aspirateur.

Entreprise professionnelle et compétente que je recommande sans hésiter. Ils ont fait un super travail. La régie a repris l’appartement sans sourciller.

Très bons services, sauf que la personne qui aurait dû être présente lors de l’état des lieux n’est pas venue.

We had four very nice people, who worked very hard but for shorter hours than agreed. They arrived at 8.50hrs and were packed up, to go at 14.00hrs..
After they left, we saw that outside grills had not been lifted and cleaned. Also, there were cobwebs on ceilings and the master bedroom was very dusty.
Because they were such nice people, we might have them back in September. Thank you.

Je les recommanderais a qui me demanderait si je connais une entreprise serieuse. Elle a travaillé tres dur chez nous car je ne suis pas une fee du logis. Toutes mes felicitations a votre team .

Parfaitement à l heure les 2 fois où ils sont venus. Personnels très sympathiques malgré La barrières de la langue.

Cependant lors du premiers nettoyage, ils avaient oublié de faire la cave. Elle a été faite le même jour mais probablement trop rapidement car ils ont dû revenir pour refaire le sèche-linge. Mais rien de dramatique au final !

L’appartement était propre et a passé l’état des lieux. Cependant, l’employé a manqué un peu de vigilance: un verre de la salle de bain cassé et pas remplacé, nettoyage du parquet d’une des pièces laissant à désirer.

Merci aux personnes qui se sont donnés de la peine ! L appartement était très propre et en parfait état.
Je le recommanderais à mes poches et amis.

The cleaning team did an excellent job by cleaning my apartment thoroughly in a short time. They were very kind and congenial. I am more than happy with the result and absolutely recommend this company!

La communication était irréprochable. Contact très sympa et professionel.
Le nettoyage était bien. Quelques petites traces sur le sol et les stores, mais la régie était plus que contente.
